Acceptance & Eligibility
These Terms and our Privacy Policy govern your use of Keepr. You must be at least 13 to use the app.
Use of Service
Use Keepr lawfully. Do not upload infringing content, use for fraud, circumvent limits, or reverse engineer. You are responsible for activity on your device. We may suspend or terminate for violation.
Free vs Pro
- Free: Limited receipts (shown in-app). Watch rewarded ads for more, or upgrade.
- Pro: Unlimited uploads, no ads, all features.
Lifetime limit is device-tied. Recently Deleted: 30 days to restore, then permanent.
Subscriptions & Billing
Pro is billed via Apple ID. Auto-renews unless cancelled 24+ hours before period end. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds: contact Apple; we do not process them.
Disclaimers & Liability
Keepr is provided "as is." OCR data may contain errors—verify against originals. Not legal, tax, or financial advice. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or $50 for free users).
Indemnification, Termination & Changes
You indemnify us for misuse. We may terminate for breach. We may update terms; continued use means acceptance. Entire agreement with Privacy Policy; severability applies; US law governs.
