FAQ
- How do I upload a receipt? Tap the + button, then choose Take Photo (camera) or Choose from Library. You can also import PDF receipts. Keepr scans the receipt and extracts merchant, date, total, and items automatically.
- What are the free limits, and how do reward ads work? Free users have a lifetime upload cap. When you hit it, you can Watch Ad to unlock one more receipt or upgrade to Pro for unlimited uploads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant one extra upload per ad watched.
- How do I delete or restore receipts? Delete: Swipe or use the menu on a receipt, then confirm. It moves to Recently Deleted. Restore: Go to Settings → Recently Deleted, tap a receipt, and choose Restore. Deleted receipts are permanently removed after 30 days.
- How do notifications work? Keepr sends local notifications for return and warranty deadlines. Enable notifications in iOS Settings when prompted. You can send a test notification from Settings → Notifications.
