Information We Collect

• Receipt data: Images you upload; extracted text (merchant, date, total, items); and metadata. Stored on our servers.
• Device & account: Device identifiers, subscription status (Pro/Free), usage data.

How We Use Data

• Provide receipt storage, OCR extraction, return/warranty tracking
• Send local notifications for deadlines
• Improve app performance; detect fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data.

Third-Party Services

• AdMob: Displays ads. May collect device identifiers and usage data. Limit tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Google Privacy Policy.
• OCR: Receipt images are processed by our backend (AI/ML services) to extract text. We do not use them to train models on your receipts.
• Analytics: Aggregated usage data to improve the product.

Data Retention & Security

Active receipts: until you delete. Recently Deleted: 30 days, then permanent. We use encryption and secure storage. We will notify of significant breaches where required by law.

Your Rights

• Delete receipts in-app; they move to Recently Deleted for 30 days
• Restore from Settings → Recently Deleted within 30 days
• Request full data deletion: email team@keeprrapp.com with "Data Deletion Request"

We will not discriminate for exercising your rights. Users in certain regions may have additional rights under local law.

Children & International

Keepr is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect from children. Data may be processed in the US or other jurisdictions.
